As the Insurance Account Representative for Richard Cossio Agency, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations—and help customers succeed. You’ll grow the agency by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the right agency teams. Through proactive outreach and smart product recommendations, you’ll help improve customers’ protection and strengthen our business.

Responsibilities:

Help customers with insurance product questions and coverage options
Assist with new policy applications, changes, and renewals
Follow up with leads and support sales through excellent customer service
Respond quickly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account activity

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
Base compensation plus commissions and bonuses.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
